Participant Testimonials

“The counseling is 1-on-1 and there's somebody taking their time to see you for this space of time and talk about what leads you to smoking, your drawbacks. What would you like to do better if you quit smoking? What can you use? And it gives you all these resources that can help you in ways you thought that you didn't need help. It helped me a lot.”

“My counselor helped me with knowing how much money that I could save when I stopped smoking, how much it costs me when I buy all those cigarettes. That was helpful because I can use that for other things.”

We would love to work with you and decrease your cigarette use.
